Box Tracker Reporting

Shows dry run information between start date and end date. Stats displays total work orders, total dry runs, average work order dry run rate, total container activity and percent activity.  By customer displays name, count, percentage, name, work orders and percent work orders.  By driver displays driver name, count and percent total.
