The terms and conditions email can be sent automatically when you create a new customer account. Cairn can customize it for your company.

The email includes a link back to a special page on that records the customer's acknowledgement. When your customer clicks the link, the system records the date and time and will subsequently display the T/C icon each time you access the customer record.

All customers are set to receive this email by default though they can be unsubscribed on an individual basis.
